I felt the support group was very warm and welcome, especially to talk out a lot of things and people just ready to listen out without giving any opinions. The moderator was very cheerful and positive and always accepting of all emotions of the members, without judging black or white. Also the moderator was very non judgemental, and never gave her opinions or comments unless specifically asked, which i liked. I would definitely be continuing forward.

I have been doing work from home since 2018. My most of the time goes in small room with computer. One day, I came across support group run by Malavika mam. I joined it and it made me feel very good. In the first meet all participants were strangers to each other and we were hesitating in sharing about our life. She made all of us feel very comfortable and we all started sharing about our life without hesitation. Support group is really excellent way to share and feel good. She added nice activities also. I took regular therapy sessions from Malavika for 18 months. And I am more aware about myself today. Therapy is a collaborative work. My job was to complete the homework & trust her in the whole process. And I can honestly say that my experience was rewarding. It gave me better perspective about myself. In the process, she also equipped me with problem solving skills & to ask myself right set of questions whenever I'm stuck with something. This is helping me in decision making. Few things like knowing my needs & communicating them is helping me in my relationships. I can say that I am a changed person today.
